What the Warranty Covers
This warranty ensures your jewellery meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and material integrity. It covers any manufacturing defects or lack of conformity with the characteristics stated at the time of sale. This includes:
o Authenticity of 14k gold (585‰)
o Gold purity and material quality
o Manufacturing-related issues

The authenticity and gold specification are guaranteed for life.

Please note: This warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, or issues caused by failure to follow care recommendations.

Exchange Policy
You may request a one-time exchange of your unworn FIÈRE jewellery within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible:
o The piece must be returned unused and in pristine condition
o You must provide the original receipt or invoice
o Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval
